Since the beginning of my awakening, I’ve been guided to deeply explore the intersection of Spirituality and Psychology to heal my own conditioned beliefs and step into freedom. This personal transformation has empowered me to support others on their path out of pain and into self-realisation.

I regularly teach Radical Acceptance, Inner Child Work, and Spiritual Awakening on Insight Timer, as well as working with people around the world in a safe, private setting helping them to reconnect with their essence, heal trauma, and remember their innate wholeness.
